This fun 1 day workshop will help you to hone your performance skills by:

· learning about the basics of good performance

. learning about what constitutes bad performance

· working on an ensemble piece during the course of the day

. having help with a solo of your choice

· thinking about the different performance requirements of different musical styles

. how to use a hand held microphone

. how to use a headset microphone

. how to sound check effectively

. understanding how to work with the lighting engineer

. your relationship with the audience
