Note for table above:
Hi-fi - is suitable if you are connected to the Internet via Broadband (ie. a fast connection)
Lo-fi - is suitable for those on a slower, dial-up connection, as it is mono & of lower 'Radio' type quality
1) Streaming - If you are on fast broadband and used to streaming - best to choose the 'All samples' link and then select tracks locally from the playlist.
2) Downloading - Depending on how your browser preferences are setup, you may simply be able to click the link to download. Alternatively, contextual menu/right-click the link and choose Save As... . Save the file and play it in any Media player which supports mp3
