Auditions Workshop (half day workshop)
Auditions are a part of life for a professional singer, but for amateurs too, they're important if you want to, for example, audition for an amateur dramatic production or if you have to audition to join a choir or a band or for dancing school etc.
Whatever the reason, it's no good thinking about what you're going to do the night before and then expecting to do well! Like anything, you need to prepare properly.
This workshop will help you to think more constructively about the whole process of auditions and help you to work to your strengths, not your weaknesses.
The workshop can either be given to a group, or individuals are welcome to book a one to one.
Length of workshop:
half day
Open to:
All welcome
Fee: £60
Testimonials:
"Sharon's helped me such a lot. I just hadn't really thought through what I needed to do because I was nervous. Now I understand the process much better and what I need to do, what information I need to have first etc. It was a very valuable workshop. Sue Briggs, Worthing
"I wanted to audition for a singing role in a local am dram group - Sharon helped me and I got the part I wanted!" Craig Fines, Midhurst
"I'm a professional singer but I have to admit I've never prepared properly for auditions - probably why I rarely got through the audition. Now I'm getting a much better success rate. I'm also now coming for individual singing lessons, which have helped my technique enormously. Peta Jones, Woking
