Building on the success of the Cranleigh Community Choir, Sharon is starting an exciting new choir in the Autumn of 2010 - the Cranleigh Community YOUTH choir.
This choir will also run out of Cranleigh Arts Centre
but will be exclusively for young people between the ages of 11 and 18 years (although obviously there will be some flexibililty about the age range!).
You DON'T need to audition or be able to read music, but you DO NEED TO BE ABLE TO:
SING IN TUNE AND IN HARMONY
DON'T PANIC! If you're unsure about whether or not you can sing in harmony or even in tune, just give Sharon a ring on 01483 279803 and you can arrange to meet with her to find out in private, so that this isn't in front of any other potential choir members.
The choir will be working on great repertoire, with a mixture of recent chart hits, as well as folk, some rock and r'n'b. As this is a new choir, the repertoire will evolve with the choir.
